BidOS is a productivity and decision-support tool for tender and proposal preparation. It is provided on a subscription basis.

AI disclaimer

BidOS does not guarantee tender eligibility, legal compliance, tender validity, award, or bid success. AI-generated analysis and content can contain errors. You must independently review all outputs and all final submissions against the original tender documentation. You remain solely responsible for what you submit.

Your content

You retain ownership of uploaded and generated content. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service, including processing by third-party AI providers under contractual confidentiality. We do not use your content to train global models.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent or misleading submissions.
• No attempts to access other tenants' data or to probe the service's security.

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
